Since 1948, Radiophone has been a Motorola Service Station, or MSS, Motorola’s highest level of factory-authorized repair and maintenance certification. We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies and factory-trained technical specialists to satisfy any radio repair and maintenance need. When you get your equipment back you can be assured that it is operating back to the original factory specifications. And the turn-around time is fast. We receive, fix and ship radios back within days.

Statement of Guarantee
Radiophone Engineering Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
Motorola product warranties are determined my the manufacturer. Motorola radio parts & labor warranties range from 1 to 3 years. Radiophone can provide you with warranty information for specific radio models. Warranty on Motorola Original Accessories is one year. Warranty on Motorola Original Batteries is one year for capacity and two years for workmanship, except for Motorola impres batteries which is two years for both capacity and workmanship.
