MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Radiophone offers our customers a 15-day merchandise return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order simply initiate a return, using the instructions outlined below, within 15 days of the original ship date. We will refund the price of the returned merchandise within 10 business days from the time we receive the merchandise back at our warehouse, less the original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
The items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date or we will not accept the return shipment nor process the refund. In this case, we will ship the items back to you.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition*, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. THEREFORE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO DISPOSE OF THESE ITEMS UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THE ORDER IS TO YOUR SATISFACTION AND THE 15-DAY RETURN WINDOW HAS EXPIRED. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you reject that return shipment, Radiophone reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
* Returned items must show no signs of wear & tear. Refunds will not be issued for "defective" batteries. Rather, if a battery is returned as "defective" at any point during the unit's warranty period, Radiophone will analyze the battery and immediately replace the unit if it is confirmed defective under manufacturer guidelines (see Warranty Information).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INITIATING A RETURN
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at , or call Rachelle Russell at 800-369-2929, M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM CST. Please provide the part #'s and quantities of the items you are returning, the order number, your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, and mailing address. Once you have received your RMA number, return the items in the condition specified in the return policy above, with the RMA number written on the outside of the shipping container.
